75 minute hypnosis add on which includes interview, writing and recording of your session to be played at any massage session 45 minutes or greater - $105
90 minute hypnosis session which includes interview - $125
120 minute hypnomassage which includes 30 minute interview, 45 minutes to record, and 45 minute relaxation massage while listening to the hypnosis recording - $165
- I acknowledge that my credit card will be automatically charged on the first day of each month for the selected massage session duration (30/60/90/120 minutes) at the corresponding price.
- I understand that I must schedule and complete my massage session within the same month it was billed. Any unused session credit will expire and will not carry over to the following month.
- I am aware that a minimum enrollment of two months is required before cancellation to avoid a penalty charge of $15 per month enrolled (equivalent to the discount applied to monthly sessions).
- After the initial two months/payments, I can cancel my membership with a 30-day notice without penalty. However, any sessions already paid for must be used and are non-refundable.
- If I wish to extend my prepaid session to 60, 90 or 120 minutes, I can do so by reserving the additional time in advance and paying the price difference at the time of service.
- I understand that additional massages within the same month are subject to a greater discount. For example, the second 60-minute monthly massage is priced at $65, and the third or more are priced at $60 each. The second 90-minute monthly massage is priced at $100, and the third or more are priced at $95 each.
- Only my spouse or significant other is eligible to share the program and discount with me.
- The standard 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy applies to my prepaid monthly sessions.
- I agree to a $25 service charge for any failed transaction due to insufficient funds or invalid account information.
